Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination and/or cancellation of your rental.
- It is mandatory to provide identification documents and facial recognition for all guests included in the reservation. Without this information, check-in will not be possible. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Visitors are not permitted at this property.
- After 10:00 PM, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- Our accommodations include basic bathroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen supplies, such as oil, salt, sugar, and sweetener. These items are not restocked during your stay.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash, or odors will result in an additional cleaning fee.
- Do not use the bedding or towels to wipe off makeup, sunscreen, blood, or other products.
- Please respect the condominium’s community guidelines: walking around in swimwear in common areas and elevators is not permitted.
- Fines imposed on the unit by the condominium management related to tenant behavior—such as loud noise, misconduct, or behavior that violates community guidelines—will be charged to the tenant.
- When ordering delivery, please go down to the front desk to pick up your orders. Delivery personnel are not permitted inside the condominium.
