The property includes 1 parking space in the complex. However, parking spaces are assigned on a rotating basis, and their availability depends on occupancy at the time of arrival. If no spaces are available, you can park on the street next to the complex or at the Aldeia Mall.

- You must provide identification and facial recognition data for all guests included in the reservation. Without this information, you will not be able to check in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- This property does not allow visitors.

- After 10:00 PM, a fee of BRL 150.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.

- In the event of loss of the garage key fob, a fee of R$ 40.00 will be charged to the renter.

- Our accommodations include basic bathroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen supplies, such as oil, salt, sugar, and sweetener. These items are not restocked during your stay.

- Parties and/or events are not permitted.

- Please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash, or odors will result in an additional cleaning fee.

- Do not use the bedding or towels to wipe off makeup, sunscreen, blood, or other products.

- Any fines imposed on the unit by the condominium management due to tenant behavior—such as loud noise, misconduct, or behavior that violates the community rules—will be charged to the tenant.

- When ordering food delivery, please pick up your order at the front desk. Delivery personnel are not permitted inside the condominium.

- Small and medium-sized pets (up to 25 kg) are allowed upon request.
