- Sending an ID document and facial recognition for all guests included in the reservation is mandatory. Without this information, check-in will not be possible. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- Visitors are not allowed in the accommodation.
- After 10pm, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to team availability. This is not an optional service.
- Parties and/or events are not allowed.
- Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
- Our accommodations include basic bathroom items, such as soap, toilet paper and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen items, such as oil, salt, sugar and sweetener. These items are not restocked during the stay.
- Smoking inside the residence is not allowed. Signs such as cigarette butts, ash or odors will result in an extra cleaning fee.
- Do not use the bed linen and towels to remove makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products.
- Fines imposed on the unit by the building management related to the guests' behavior, such as loud music, misconduct or conduct contrary to the rules of coexistence, will be charged to the reservation holder.
