Other: hair dryer, steamer (portable garment steamer), and clothesline.
Note: This accommodation features the EcoHost system, a smart energy-saving system that controls lights and outlets via a motion sensor. The refrigerator and Wi-Fi remain on as usual.
Internet: 600 Mbps
The contracted internet speed can only be guaranteed for the wired connection, as the wireless connection is subject to signal loss. We are also not responsible for signal instability or fluctuations due to malfunctions on the part of the service provider.
Access to the place
You will have exclusive access to the apartment. The accommodation is entirely yours.
The unit shares the entry hall with apartment 708A. Internet access is shared between the two apartments, A and B.
The building has security cameras in the common areas, including the entrance and hallways. There are no cameras inside the accommodation.

- You must submit identification documents and facial recognition data for all guests included in the reservation prior to the check-in date. Without this information, you will not be able to check in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Visitors are not permitted at this property.
- After 10:00 PM, a fee of BRL 130.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please observe the noise ordinance between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Our accommodations include basic bathroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen supplies, such as oil, salt, sugar, and sweetener. These items are not restocked during your stay.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash, or odors will result in an additional cleaning fee.
- Do not use bedding or towels to wipe off makeup, sunscreen, blood, or other products.
- Fines imposed on the unit by the condominium management due to tenant behavior—such as loud noise, misconduct, or behavior that violates the rules of coexistence—will be charged to the tenant.
- When ordering food delivery, please go down to the front desk to pick up your orders. Delivery personnel are not permitted inside the condominium.
