The property has security cameras in the outdoor areas, covering the entrance through the garage and pedestrian gate, the wooden gate at the bottom of the property, and the living room door. There are no cameras inside the house, in the gourmet kitchen, or by the pool.

- You must submit identification documents and facial recognition data for all guests included in the reservation. Without this information, you will not be able to check in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- You must submit identification documents for all visitors at least 24 hours in advance, subject to the maximum occupancy limit of the accommodation.
- After 10:00 PM, a fee of BRL 150.00 will be charged for in-person check-in, subject to staff availability. This is not an optional service.
- Our accommodations include basic bathroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as well as basic kitchen supplies, such as oil, salt, sugar, and sweetener. These items are not restocked during your stay.
- Parties and/or events are not permitted.
- Please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted. Evidence such as cigarette butts, ash, or odors will result in an additional cleaning fee.
